Only twenty-one Republicans voted against the Antisemitism Awareness Act which is blatantly unconstitutional and seeks to limit the First Amendment rights of all Americans under the guise of addressing antisemitism.  

As campuses explode with pro-Hamas protestors, and Jewish students are fearful of even walking to class, something needs to be done, but this legislation is not it.  More Republicans need to stand up for the Constitution and the First Amendment.

The Supreme Court dealt a major blow to radical leftwing efforts to keep former President Trump off the ballot.  In a unanimous ruling, the Supreme Court struck down the Colorado Supreme Court's move to block Trump from the state's primary election ballot.

Colorado and other states have made move to keep Trump off the ballot, a direct attempt at election interference.  However, the Supreme Court ruled that only Congress can decide if a federal candidate can or cannot run.

Senate Border Deal: Worst Bill Ever? | Bobby Eberle Ep. 596

The Senate, under the leadership of Chuck Schumer and Mitch McConnell, has finally released its border security bill.  This Senate border deal is beyond bad.  The bill contains three times more funding for Ukraine than the U.S. border.

Mitch McConnell is pushing the Senate to adopt this deal.  Make no mistake.  The border crisis will continue, and all this bill does is show that establishment Republicans are more concerned about protecting other countries than our own.

Cop-Beating Illegal Migrants Freed Without Bail, Escape to California | Bobby Eberle Ep. 595

The effects of Joe Biden's open borders policy were on full display in New York City this week as a mob of migrants assaulted two New York City police officers in Times Square.  Four of the illegal migrants were arrested, released without bail, and immediately escaped to California.

There are no penalties for crossing the border illegally, and now, under leftwing judges and prosecutors, there are no penalties for committing other crimes either.
